Yesterday I was having so much of left over rice and i didn't like to have it as it is today. Wellβ¦ I need something tasty all the time to eat and at the same time a easy recipe to cook. So I decided to make yummy and cheesy rice balls with those left over rice. It is very easy to make and tasty to eatβ¦ Make sure you have some cheese in your fridge and go ahead to make your crispy rice balls!! ππ

INGREDIENTS :
METHOD :
1. In a wide bowl, take the left over rice.
2. Add all above items except Cheese and mix well, using your hands.
4.Deep fry them and transfer to a plate with kitchen tissue, to absorb excess oil. Checkout the image below to see the crispy rice ball with cheese melted inside. Yummmmy na ??!!! π
5. Serve with ketchup or Green Mint Chutney.

- Rice β 1 Cup (Left over rice can be reheated and used)
- Beetroot β Β½ cup grated (Or any Vegetable of your choice.)
- Bread β 2 Slices
- Ginger Garlic paste β 1 tbsp
- Chili powder β 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder β as per taste
- Garam Masala β 2 to 3 Pinches
- Onion β Β½ Finely Chopped
- Oil β for frying
- Salt to taste
- Cheese β As per your wish( i have used Amul Cheese slices)
METHOD :
1. In a wide bowl, take the left over rice.
2. Add all above items except Cheese and mix well, using your hands.
3. Shape this mixture into balls, keeping a small cheese piece in the center.
