CHEESY RICE BALLS

Yesterday I was having so much of left over rice and i didn't like to have it as it is today. Well… I need something tasty all the time to eat and at the same time a easy recipe to cook. So I decided to make yummy and cheesy rice balls with those left over rice. It is very easy to make and tasty to eat… Make sure you have some cheese in your fridge and go ahead to make your crispy rice balls!! 😋😋







CUISINE : FUSION

SERVES : 2-3

TIME : 30 MIN

INGREDIENTS :
  • Rice – 1 Cup (Left over rice can be reheated and used)
  • Beetroot – ½ cup grated (Or any Vegetable of your choice.)
  • Bread – 2 Slices
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Pepper Powder – as per taste
  • Garam Masala – 2 to 3 Pinches
  • Onion – ½ Finely Chopped
  • Oil –  for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese – As per your wish( i have used Amul Cheese slices)




METHOD :

1. In a wide bowl, take the left over rice.





2. Add all above items except Cheese and mix well, using your hands.





3. Shape this mixture into balls, keeping a small cheese piece in the center.




4.Deep fry them and transfer to a plate with kitchen tissue, to absorb excess oil. Checkout the image below to see the crispy rice ball with cheese melted inside. Yummmmy na ??!!! 😁




5. Serve with ketchup or  Green Mint Chutney.
