Healthy and tasty peas masala is ready to be served with roti or rice of your choice.

INGREDIENTS :
- Fresh peas - 1/4 kg
- Tomato - 1 big chopped finely
- Onion - 2 medium sized Chopped finely
- Ginger Garlic paste - ½ tbsp
- Cinnamon stick - 1
- Bay leaf - 1
- Star anise - 1
- Chilli powder - 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 ½ tbsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Leaves - 1 fistful to garnish
- Oil as required
- Salt as needed
- To a pressure cooker , add required oil and whole spices. Then add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until raw smell fades. Next, add tomatoes and sauté until mushy and cooked.
- Add peas, spice powders, salt and sauté well.
- Add required water and close the cooker. Cook for 3 whistles.
- Open the cooker after the gas is completely released, sauté for few seconds to get the preferable consistency and garnish with coriander leaves.
Healthy and tasty peas masala is ready to be served with roti or rice of your choice.
