Hiiiii friends... I believe that the greatest gift you can give your family, friends, relatives and the world is a healthy YOU!!! So, to get a good, healthy YOU, eat spinach daily. This week am here to tell you the health benefits of latchakattan Keerai which is also called as “NANJU KONDAN KEERAI”, “NACCHU KOTTAI KEERAI”, “LATCHA KOTTAI KEERAI” and “NANJUNDA KEERAI”.

How to use??

Cut onions into small pieces and add to a bowl of curd,add the latchakottai spinach and let it rest for few minutes. Serve it. It's better to eat uncooked spinach. All the nutrition in the spinach dissolves if boiled.
