ONION TOMATO CHUTNEY

My love for onion is never ending. 😀 I love eating raw onion, raita, chat with more of onion and all other food which prioritize onion. 😜 When it comes to chutney, again onion tomato combo always brings out my favorite chutney. I always eat extra idly or dosa when I see this finger licking chutney on my dinning. 😅 This is my mom’s recipe and I hope that you all would love it too.

  6. Grind it to a paste.
  7. Pour the paste in kadai and add a cup of water.
  8. Bring it to boil. After few minutes, switch off the stove.
  9. Take the chutney in separate vessel.
  10. Temper the chutney with oil, mustard seed, urad dal and red chili. Mix it evenly into the chutney.
