HERBS AND GREENS- KARUVEPPILAI KEERAI

Hey friends last week I shared benefits about kothamalli Keerai. This week also am here to share about a day to day used curry leaves or KARUVEPPILAI keerai.






BENEFITS:
  • Grind curry leaves, add to butter milk and drink it. It helps in dysentery.
  • With curry leaves add pepper, zeera, ginger and grind it into paste. Eat gooseberry size balls with warm water. This is the best remedy for cold and fever.
  • As we all know curry leaves helps to increase hair growth. Eating it raw or by adding it in our daily food boosts our hair growth and reduces hairfall.
  • We can make curry leaves oil to apply to our scalp daily which helps in Hairgrowth. In 500ml of coconut oil, add bunch of curry leaves and let it boil. Of the stove. Once cool, drain it and store in an air tight container n apply as you wish.
