This recipe was a long time attraction for me. I read it in many books and watched it being cooked at many shows. So in an urge and temptation to eat this, I made this crispy snack. It originates from karnataka. All Vadas were eaten within minutes!!!! I was happy that i tried it out. Hope you will also feel happy after eating this vada.

INGREDIENTS :
- Plain Flour (Maida) - 1 Cup
- Rice Flour - 1 Cup
- Semolina (rava) - 1 Cup
- Chopped Onions - 1 Big finely chopped
- Green Chilies - 2 Nos fines chopped
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Ginger - small piece grated
- curry leaves - handful
- Finely chopped coriander
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
METHOD:
- Mix all ingredients together and make it into small balls.
- Pat it flat and thin like tattais.
- Deep fry it and serve hot with tea.
