HERBS AND GREENS - Kotthamalli keerai or coriander leaves

Hey guys, hope you all doing good. This week am going to share the well known coriander leaves which we use in our day to day life.. without coriander leaves we never do most of the chutney or pulav. Basically we know coriander seeds or leaves are very good for health and helps stabilize body temperature.lets see few more benefits and how it can be used. Come on,





1. Unsalted coriander chutney helps to treat jaundice. And also it helps to get rid of bile scratch.
2. Coriander leaf soup helps to reduce body weight, body temperature such as burning eyes & burning body, and intestinal infections.
3. Add coriander, sukku, Milagu, thippili, and sugar in a cup of milk and make coffee. We call it as sukku malli coffee. Drink it to reduce Malaysian fever, pulukaychal, fatigue, hand and legs pain.
4. Add tamarind to coriander chutney which stays good for a week.
5. Dry coriander seed under Sun shadow and add pepper and asafoetida(perungayam), zeeragam (zeera), salt, urad dhal, dhal and make fine powder. Add this powder in hot rice and add til oil (nallennai) and eat it hot. It helps in psoriasis, skin infections, nervous problems and increases blood level. Evening eye problem will reduce.
