NATURAL BODY SCRUB


Whenever I think about a natural scrub, first thing that comes into my mind is coconut.Yeah, that is a natural blessing we have got from nature to heal our body both internal and externally!!!








How to Prepare:

Method 1 : For dry skin

Take few pieces of fresh coconut or grated coconut, add a small piece of whole turmeric or a pinch of turmeric powder and add 3 spoons of curd/yogurt in it. Grind it into a paste. This will act as a great body scrub. Apply this mixture after cleansing your body and leave it for few minutes, before rinsing it off!!!

You will enjoy a smooth, soft and moisturised skin for the entire day!!! Also you will never miss sniffing the fragrance of turmeric all through the day, due to which your skin tone might get a slight yellow hue too!!! If you want to avoid your skin tone from turning yellow, you can skip adding turmeric.

Method 2 : For oily skin

With few pieces of fresh coconut or grated coconut, add a handful of mint leaves and grind it into a paste.Curd may affect the oily skin, making it prone to pimples. So avoid curd.But definitely you are not going to miss any of its good qualities by substituting it with the mint leaves.

Uses:

The coconut has the goodness of natural oil that will tone and moisturise your skin from within. The scrub as a whole helps exfoliate the dead cells, remove the tan and gives you a glowing look !!! For dry skin, the curd will act more as a moisturiser and keeps the skin soft and silky. While for oily and acne prone skin, by avoiding curd and adding mint leaves,the mint acts as a cleanser, avoids new pimples, heals existing ones and lightens the pimple marks.

So girls.. use this scrub after shower, it gives you a complete roundup of cleansing,toning and moisturising where you will be amazed of it’s results from the first day itself!!! After all, it’s TRIED AND TESTED!!!!
