Ingredients :
- Baby corn - 10-12, cut finger size and slit into two
- Capsicum - 1 slice
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Garlic - 3-4 nos. chopped
- Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Hot garlic sauce - 1/2 tbsp (you can also add schezwan sauce)
- Oil - 1 to 2 tbsp
Method :
1. Add 1 tbsp oil to a nonstick pan. Add baby corn and saute until it turns brown. save it for later.
2. To the same pan add oil, onion, garlic, salt and saute until you get good aroma of garlic.
3. Add ginger garlic paste and hot garlic sauce. Saute until raw smell vanishes.
4. Add baby corn, capsicum and pepper powder. Saute well. Your spicy baby corn fry is ready to munch.
