Hey guys today am here to share the benefits of garlic. Garlic is one of the major ingredient we use in our day to day cooking. Garlic is a medicinal ingredient which keeps us healthy and active in our day to day life. It is also called us mother of all cures.Researches in liverpool have found that 5ml of garlic extract lower levels of disease-causes chemical by up to 48%.




  • Garlic cures yeast infections. It contains essential oils that inhibit the growth of the candida albicans fungus. It cures the pain, itch and vaginal discharge of yeast infections.
  • As we all know garlic lowers cholesterol, it is good for heart. It is also an effective antibiotic against food poisoning bacteria. Garlic oil inhibits the growth of staphylococcus aureus, e-coli, and bacillus subtilis.
