Omelette is an all time favorite dish for Non-Veg lovers. We can
try the same, simple recipe in our paniyaram pan or round waffle pan, to make it more interesting and easy to serve. 😃 We call it as Karandi Omelette at our home and here is the
recipe.

3. To the hot paniyaram pan, add little oil and fill 3/4th of the pan with egg batter. Close it with lid
for few minutes in sim flame, to get fluffy omelette.
4. Turn the omelette using fork or spoon and cook the other side also, until golden brown.
Yummy, little, round omelettes are ready to eat !!! 😋😍

- Egg - 3 nos.
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Green chilly - 1 finely chopped
- Curry leaves - 1 fist full, finely chopped
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil to cook omelette
METHOD :
- Mix all the ingredients together except salt and egg. Beat egg and salt together in a separate bowl.
